To: All of my energy friends

I am writing you an idea to achieve sustainable evolution
and development for man kind. If you accept this idea you may write me your
opinion and inform your friends too, to try for it.

What forces us to think for new methods?

As you all have been informed through media, atomic disaster
in Japan these days and the ones happened former in other regions of our
planet, there seems an urgent need to substitute wise methods of energy
production for man needs. I like most of you believe that renewable energies
are better substitute for polluting methods of energy production. I introduce
my idea to you all. I hope it will be analyzed by all the countries that can
afford for this idea.

The benefits of the method:

If we produce compressed air by wind energy in any place
that there are appropriate wind velocities, especially in deserts of the world.
We will have many benefits for our planet. Harmony will govern on our
environment if we use such ideas. Our evolution will continue, we will be able
to achieve sustainable development for all nations.

The processes:

Compressed air produced in deserts and appropriate locations
could be stored in under ground reservoirs. This process causes a small
pressure difference between deserts and other wind farms and big cities, lakes,
seas, oceans using this idea.  Compressed
air and air pressure difference produced in this process will deliver some good
opportunities to us.

A -The
mentioned compressed air in under ground reservoirs can be transferred through
appropriate pipe nets to cities.

B -In
cities compressed air can be used to deliver us mechanical and electrical
energy need of our cities.

C –
Compressed air can be injected in to special compressed vessels to be used by
our transport vehicles and boats, etc.

D –
Compressed air delivering its pressure energy will be released in to atmosphere
in cities. It will replace polluted air of cities.

E –
Compressed air yields us a good amount of fresh water as by product in above
mentioned big wind farms in deserts. The fresh water produced will be enough to
have some new settlements in deserts.

F –
High vapor content air transferring to deserts will cause more precipitation
there while more fresh water can also be produced by compressors.

G -
Oceans and seas have big potentials of wind energy too. Countries like Canada,
United States, Russia, India, China and many other countries can gain many
times more energy from wind potential energy from the seas and oceans
surrounding them too.

H-
One of pollutants of our planet is the exhaust gas of transport vehicles. Using
compressed air

For our vehicles working with compressed
air will prevent these pollutions to enter to our atmosphere.

I –
This idea can produce more jobs than the traditional forms of energy.

Question:

Atomic science can be used for
many humanistic purposes. Why we are not using renewable energies like solar,
wind, biomass and other renewable ones?
I believe we can substitute renewable energies not only instead of atomic
reactors producing electricity but also power plants using fossil fuels
too.

Hello thaelin

Saw In your profile that your into electric vehicles. Am intrested in making my own and was wondering what kind of experience you have with them. Am a newb when it comes to electric motors and would like to find someone who's brain I can pick.

Love the name! Says a lot. I was a hippy long hair in Cali in the early '70s. But like dylan said, the times are a changin. Welcome aboard.

thaelin,Thank U kindly for the friendly invite. I am really into the earth. my problem is, recycling started out as a hobby now it has taken over my life, hahahaha. I try to recycle everything I can by code. & since I live in an apartment, I have to wash everythng out before storing before I drop it oiff at the recycling dumpsters & I do not get any money for this, I only do it for Mother Earth. & I stiill wear all different kinds of tie dyeds too. I guess once a hippy usually always a hippy at heart, hahahahahrrr... later & peace.... steph  ::::    POOF    ::::

Hi Thaelin,

Thank you for your email. My background is in wind. I have been an in-house attorney for Vestas in Portland and then Clipper in Carpinteria.  I most recently served as General Counsel for PacWind, a VAWT (Vertical Axis Wind Turbine) manufacturer in Torrance.  I am seeking a new position with another wind company.

Wow - gravity/wind hybrid - is this similar to Maglev?

Best regards,

Russell

Hi RS:

Just a quick note to say that I used to live in LB in the '70s. Brings back a few memories for sure. Welcome to the forum. What area of renewables are you into? I am about to show my gravity/wind hybrid gen.

Hello, I`d love to see a pic and get the details as to motor, battery, etc. I still think about electric bikes ,but due to the hills here 600 watts would be a minimum foa a motor and more would be better.Fill me in when you get a chance please. Merry and Happy to you form the Ozarks in Arkansas. ~ dale

Hi Mozarks:

Like the pic of your bike. I am in the home streach of my Ebike using a Swinn OC chopper frame. Have to share a pic of it with you. I cant wait to get rid of the snow and get it out for a ride.
