In a recent press conference, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lisa Jackson said that in the next few months, carbon dioxide (CO2) will be declared a dangerous pollutant. Is there anybody out ther who can assist us with getting a power purchase agreement for a 15,000 acre wind farm in New Mexico?  The wind farm is to be located on the eastern side of the state where it is always windy.
