I heard back from the US Patent Office Again about my Patent Application. They still will not except my Patent Application as a new invention, because of prior art issues. These prior art issue are secondary in nature including the tail and similarities involving the multiple set of blades on a shaft. I can not set up columns in this format so I will give the high lights of the test. In 5 MPH winds the 14 inch Wind turbine would not turn it made a high of 0 volts. In 5 MPH winds the 14 by 14 inch Energy Prophecy made a high of 1.0 volts with a 13 to 1 gear ratio.
