Because of declining international feed-in tariff rates and increasing local incentives, China has begun transitioning from exporting a majority of its finished solar products to installing them locally. Following the enormous success of Noppen's first solar energy event held in Inner Mongolia, the 2nd Annual China Solar Energy Technology and Investment Congress will examine how to capitalize on these changes while clarifying new governmental support policies, technical advances in PV production/installation as well as providing a detailed overview of project developments across China.
With representation from such regional governments as Qinghai, Jiangsu, Gansu, Ningxia and Inner Mongolia, the Kunming People's Municipal Government is proud to play host to the most exclusive China wide gathering of government officials and local PV manufacturers in 2010.
