Good new !!! The 38 Energy Prophecy Prototype is back together and making Electricity. It peak at 26 volts which is the most electricity that I have measured.(The car top Energy Prophecy was not put on a meter.) This is enough voltage to charge batteries which is a important step. When I was attaching the fly wheel to the main shaft the torque was so high I could not hold on to it. This torque is what I am looking for to turn air and water pumps. This is why I started the quest to create a new Wind Turbine which has much higher torque. Someone better start getting there super air tanks ready to store kinetic because the Energy Prophecy is on the way. Bad new The 38 inch Wind Turbine is still in little pieces. Also the wind in my back yard is terrible. I need the wind to come out of the west to get somewhat clean wind. ackerman18
