The testing of the 38 inch Energy Prophecy Against the 38 Inch Wind Turbine will be delayed.

The 38 inch Energy Prophecy Is up and turning, but my lacking engineering skills once again have created a problem. The plate design to turn the Generator suffered metal failer. The Prototype is turning free and not turning the Generator. My 38 Inch Wind Turbine which also experienced the same fate is in pieces after the high winds. I will need to redesign the power transfer for both Prototypes. Now I just have to figure out how to do this on the Energy Prophecy while the blades are already up and in Place without causing major damage.

I have been in communication with my Patent Lawyer about the First Responce from the Patent Office. It looks like I may still be able to get a Patent on the Process of how the Energy Prophecy works. The problem lies in the Prior Art in the Craddick Patent #1009896 filed 10/28/1911(Google Patent). I'm not that familiar With Patent Law, but this looks Difficult at best. How do we draw a picture of the process without using this Prior Art?
