Now that the Federal Solar Tax Credit has been modified as a Cash Grant
back to the solar purchaser in about 60 days, coupled with the state (PG&E Example) solar cash back rebate in about 60 days, the total cost of addinga solar electric generation system is no longer the issue, nor is the payback, the issue now becomes, how to we educate and get the world out.
I suggest the following. Since local schools are strapped for cash, and many student programs are hurting. Why not form an alliance with a local school orschool district to help the raise funds?
If you are a renewable energy consultant, contractor, retailer or wholesaler, funder, why not offer up your services and a portion of each sale to yourfavorite school program?
