The project consists of a way of extended hydrorupture of a dry geological layer.
Such hydroruptures should take places in parallel on different depth. From four to six floors.
The bottom, second and fourth hydrorupture are filled with coal sand with water.
In bottom the first, there is a device, for Hydrogen transformation. For building of chinks of this project there is a dilator. Dilator work makes six increases in one diameter. (146 ∙ 6) = 876!
