Blog Entry: I heard back from the US Patent Office Again about my Patent Application. They still will not except my Patent Application as a new invention, because of prior art issues. These prior art issue are secondary in nature including the tail and similarities involving the multiple set of blades on a shaft. The prior art in no way shows the concept of facing the top blades into the wind. Hopefully my Patent Lawyer can reconfigure my Patent Application so I can successfully obtain a Patent. Without the Patent I do not see how I can go forward with the EP Project. I have so many more concepts waiting for me to have the time and financing to do early concept testing. I have this one concept I think about every day that just may be impossible to make a practically working application. I think about in the matter a Master Chess Player would think six moves in advance. I do not think this concept will work without a multiple collection of concepts. I have filled some of the possible requirements in early testing to make this most important concept work. Maybe in 100 years someone will look at my work and realize a working prototype.(remember them unrealistic communicators on Star Trek) ackerman18
