I think that the economic and moral paradigms of our age are seriously flawed and should be changed The excessive focus on power and money is not good for anyone.
I think making the world a better place for others makes it a better place for you.

I'd like to have a home similar to an Earthship in being energy/resource independent, or making more energy than is used. Since approximately 40% of the greenhouse gas pollution is created from the heating of buildings, it would seem that we need to change the way we build for all purposes. The cure for creating this pollution is also something that would help free us from economic imperialism of large corporations - producing the energy we need locally. I would also like to interest makers of manufactured homes in offering a zero carbon footprint home, a factory deliverable version of the Earthship.
I'd also like to eventually get a vehicle that could make it's own power, and/or could use a wide variety of fuels. I keep wondering why no one is developing a small gas turbine engine hybrid with photovoltaic skin.
I think an important source of energy was left out of the list over there, Earth Power. We could probably get electrical energy from inductance, build a large coil of wire and let the difference in speed between the earth's core and the surface create a continual electrical flow. Or just use the old transatlantic cable phone wire, supposedly it had to be grounded regularly to prevent current buildup.
